At most auto supply stores you can buy a screw on nozzle extension that fits your oil container. The nozzle has a twist closed/ open on it so you can keep it closed until you put it in the fill pipe. Then just twist open and the oil comes out with no mess. They are only about 3-4 dollars and reusable practically for ever.
