Well, you are not allowed to tag your house on Wikimapia, unless it is a special home (home of a celebrity, historic home where an important event happened, for example 10 Downing Street, London could be tagged). All tags of homes that are not important are usually swiftly deleted.

However, to answer your question, first hover over the Edit Map option on the bar at the top of the map. Secondly, a few options should appear under the Edit Map option after you hover over it; click on Add Place. Then, mark the polygon you need with the crosspiece, making sure the corners of the polygon are at the corners of the building / other location. Then, when that is complete, hit Save at the bottom of the map screen. After this, a new window should come up. Where it says Title, type in the name / address of what you have just marked. Then, when you have done that, if possible write as much information as you can in the Discription box below, however if you have no info you may leave it blank. After that, click the Address button below the Discription box and add the address if possibe. Then click the button that says Wikipedia link (next to the Addressbutton) and supply a URL to the Wikipedia page about the location if one exists. Then click the Building button (nect to the Wikipedia Link button), and, if the location is a building, tick it. If it isn't, untick it. After that, add the correct categories in the categoriesbar below. Finally, hit Save in the bottom left of the window, and you are done!

I do not see an option for movi g this question somewhere else, but also do not immediately see where it should be moved. My 1st guess is to move it "understanding Google Maps" or something similar.

What are index register and segment register?

A segment register is a register that contains the base address, or something related to the base address, of a region of memory. In the 8086/8088, the four segment registers are multiplied by 16 and added to the effective address to form the physical address. An index register, on the other hand, is a register that contains an address that is added to another address to form the effective address. In the 8086/8088, four address components are involved; 1.) the displacement contained within the instruction, often called the offset, 2.) a base address specified by the r/m field, often the BP or BX register, 3.) an index address specified by the r/m field, often the SI or DI register, and 4.) the segment address specified by context or by a segment override prefix, often the CS, DS, SS, or ES register.

How does the Fetch Decode Execute work?

The program counter in the processor holds the address of the next instruction needed from main memory. The program counter copies its contents into the memory address register. The memory address register then sends the address along the address bus to main memory and the contents of the memory location specified by the address are sent along the data bus to the memory buffer register. The contents of the memory buffer register are then copied to the current instruction register where they are decoded and executed.
