depends why u're itching-if it's from heat rash, try taking a cool shower and using liquid peppermint soap.....leaves u feeling cool and refresh! if it's from food allergy-make a food journal to identify what might be causing the itch-then stop eatting whatever it is that's causing an allergic reaction. oatmeal ich relief bath helps too-buy it in most store at the pharmacy section.

∙ 12y agoyou go and soak your feet in cold lotion for maybe about 2 minutes and then put lotion on them even if the other foot does not itch it can still prevent itching.
