how do I remove the dash panel on a Vauxhall omega
I assume you referring to the instrument panel lights,,, first remove the dash ,,,and the remove the screws for the panel,,, then flipping the panel over you find the plug sockets for the small bulbs,,,some twist quarter turn >
remove cover right below dash panel on each side . there will be three screws on each speaker
Remove Lower Dash Panel passenger side. Remove glove box. Remove middle dash panel (below glove box). ECU is attached to the back of middle dash panel.
There is a screw in side the door handle remove that then remove the clip that holds the door handle on then from there remove the 2 screws on the outer side of the door. then find and remove the screw closest to the dash then starting at the bottom of the door panel carefully pull out on the panel until it pops free. then lift up on the door panel and its out. hope this helps lol
remove the top dash panel closest to the windshield, then remove mounting screws for dash module.
Remove the small screws that hold it.
Pull the hazard light button pocket, and remove the philips screw behind it. Remove the two philips screws on the under side of the dash, immediately above the dash instrument panel, and pull the trim panel out. Remove the four philips screws securing the dash instrument panel, and pull the panel out.
Remove the dash cluster to gain access to the bulbs.
Remove center stack bezel (radio, heater control), remove screws from instrument trim panel at ctr stack and remove instrument trim panel, remove dash top panel, replace speakers.
You would lower the steering column for starters. The dash panel pulls upward and the dash in front pulls toward you. Everything else is screwed in, so you need to unscrew everything else. This gets you to the nitty gritty of the dash.
