Wilson the alternator belt. With the tensioner pulley. Remove the wiring harness from the alternator. Remove the four alternator retaining bolts.

There is a pully that will ratchet up and down to loosen or tighten the belt. Take the belt off, unplug the wire from the alternator, and there should only be 2 or 3 bolts holding the alternator on.
