No the factory head unit on a 2001 Mazda Millenia does not have pre outs. You can easily make your own pre outs if you want to keep your factory head unit with a line output converter (LOC). Really need to know what type of Mazda. However, a blanket answer for most model Mazda's is that they contain radios that are removed the same way ford radios are. there should be removable rubber pieces on the left and right corners of the radio face. removal of these will reveal 4 holes. ford radio removal keys will be required to insert and remove radio safely. its a good idea to have a car stereo shop or dealership perform this task, in that it will not cost much if anything and if done improperly, it could damage your radio. if your Mazda is a newer model, it may not have these holes and at that point, further info on the model and year are needed for a better answer.

by daydreaming On my '95 Mazda Millenia you removed the thin fragile side trim(one each side) to reveal holes into which you insert the standard DIN radio removal tools - but since it is a double DIN radio you need two sets of these tools you can buy at Walmart or RadioShack,etc. After you pull out the radio part way you disconnect the plugs in the rear and antenna connections.
