Your PCV is located on the left valve cover (nearest the battery ) back near the firewall. It can be removed by hand, you should be able to pull it from the rubber grommet, then pull the rubber hose from the valve. Note that usually rubber wil tend to seal onto parts and require a gentle twist when attempting to disassemble.

It just pulls out of the top of the valve cover and is connected with a rubber hose.
To change PVC valve on a 1993 Nissan 300zx, first remove the oil dip stick and remove the tension clip from the PVC valve hose. Then remove the hose and the old PVC valve. Replace with a new PVC valve.
The EGR valve for a 1996 Grand Voyager is on the side of the engine. It is mounted just above alternator.
If your EGR valve is vacuum operated, simply remove the vacuum hose from the valve.
