It is difficult, especially if you have turn of your system restore. But after hard struggelign you can do it. Though your virus program moves the program to another location, it is still active. This is what you do. Note down the program location. Boot in system maintenance mode (press F8 during the boot sequence and select secure boot for going into system maintenance mode) delete the program(s) in this mode first in its locastion then (important) from the recyle bin. (you can not remove it from the recycle bin) If you have turned on system restore, the program will reapear here. You can run the command. (run cmd) and then in the DOS window. If you turn off system restore this would be enough, if you do not turn off system restore it gets really tricky because the program keeps appearing in C:\System Volume Information
Set your explorer to see hidden files Run the command: cacl "C:\System Volume Information" /E /G UserName:F (where userName is the user you are logged in with) Note down the date and size of the file that you keep deleting, find it in System Volume Information (that you now have gained acces to, delete it here, and remember to delete it in the recykle bin before leaving system maintenenace mode.
