I've linked you the directions to disassemble and reassemble the dash in your 2004 Suzuki Grand Vitara.

how do i repace the headlight sencor in the dash of a 2004 silverado
It would help to know the make and model of the car plus the year. They are all different.
On this model you start by removing the center console and then the lower dash panel below the stereo. I believe once you have the lower panel removed the rest of the hardware is self evident. And just to add to what this person said, I worked at a sound shop and that dash kit is about $120
remove the screws. make sure you don
This is the service manual for 2004 model, but the center console should be the same. Had this problem for a long time, and this finally helped me to remove it. Finding the parts for it is another story though... http://www.users.on.net/~bmrogers/2004.zip
Depends on the model year. Also, are you trying to remove the dash with the instrument cluster, or the center console with the HVAC and radio?
You don't remove the dash. I suggest you take it to a place that does this kind of stuff.
Open the driver's side door and remove the panel on the side of the dash. If not there, then the passangerside of the dash.
