The fuse box for 2004 Suzuki Vitara is located on drivers side just above and to the left of the brake peddle. You have to get on your back on the floor to see it. It houses the fuses for cigarette lighter, radio, tail lights and dash lights as well as others. They are labeled. Second fuse box is in engine compartment on passenger side...no idea what they control.

Suzuki Vitara1. Unplug the DRL module located under the dash to the right of the steeering column. It's a small silver box with a multi pin plug in its side, pretty obvious.2. Lift the circular light sensor on the right side of the dash. Unplug it. Don't drop theplug into the dash. Retain it and be sure to secure it with a string attached to the sensorhousing so it can be recovered if need be, and does not rattleEasy as that!

User Avatar

Disconnect the negative battery cable and let the vehicle sit for 30 minutes so that the airbag module will power down. Remove the glove-box so that you can see the blower and housing better. Remove the (ECM) and bracket from the blower motor housing. Disconnect the wire harness clamps from the dash. Remove the three nuts that are holding the blower motor in place..............

The instrument bezel cover on the dash is removed by gently coaxing it out of the space. On the 2006 Suzuki Forenza, this part is not glued, screwed, or clipped in. Use a flat screwdriver around the edges to remove it.

On the left side of the console is a button labeled power. When this button is pushed a power light comes on in dash. This button is used when you need more power such as climbing a steep grade.
