You remove the transmission dip stick. You will need a small funnel that will fit in the tube where the stick goes in at to check fluid level in transmission. Put fluid in there.

It's a thin sheet metal tube that you can work back and forth from the top to remove it. If it breaks off you'd need to push it out from the bottom.
Remove oil filler tube cap....then Wiggle and pull straight up.
18436572 should be on the front drivers side tube on the top of the intake.
I assume the handle is broken off and you can not get on it with a pair of needlenose pliers. You have to remove your oil pan, then you can push it up.
