The starter on a 1995 Hyundai Accent is mounted directly to the transmission. To find it trace the positive battery cable. Remove the two bolts that mount it to the transmission and unplug the wiring. Replace the unit.
The starter on a 2002 Hyundai Accent GL can be found under engine, on the left side. It is attached to the block using a large bracket.

To remove the 2002 Hyundai accent rear seats find the tabs that cover the bolts and unbolt them. After the bolts are out lift the seat to remove it from the car.
It takes two people. One to take the bolts out and the other to catch it. You must reach around the back of the intake to remove it.

Depending the which Hyundai the starter will have to be reach from either underneath the vehicle or above. First disconnect the battery and remove the starter mount bolts. Disconnect the solenoid and remove the old unit. Replace with a new part.
Break it off or remove with large wire cutters
