Simply use a Torx wrench. I can't remember if it's a size 15 or 20, but it's pretty easy. Look closely for the Torx screws. I believe you have to open the tailgate to see them.
As stated above, the inside edge of each light has two Torx screws, but there are also two plastic "pop-rivet(?)" type connectors along the outside edges that come loose with a gentle jerk away from the vehicle.
