Grab the doors at the bottom and pull hard. Then work you way around the left and right side of the door panel pulling on the panel. There are some white plastic push pins on the back of the panel that hold it to the door. When all of the pins are loose, lift the panel upwards and remove it. This is a less than 5 minute job.
