Ther is, indeed, a pin but you have to lift the wiper off of the glass to pull it out. Once you lift the wiper arm, the pin will slide up easily.
Remove wiper cap. Then take a 13mm wrench and take off the nut. the pull wiper in the up position and jiggle back and forth and wiper will come off
Remove the wiring harness from the back of your 1994 Chevy Cheyenne wiper motor. Remove the traveling arm linkage. Remove the wiper motor retaining bolts. Reverse the process to install the new wiper motor.

pull off the wiper blade with and outward motion with your arm and slam the new set of wiper blades back on
Pull the clips back and lift them off.
To remove Bosch wipers, start by lifting the wiper arm away from the windshield. Locate the release tab on the wiper blade where it connects to the wiper arm. on My 1984 LeSabre, I found that there is a tab near where the wiper arm mounts to the pivot. If you bent the wiper arm back and pull the tab out with a pliers your can then remove the wiper arm. After you put the new one one you have push the tab back in. It has to go far enough in for the spring to be able to pull the wiper against the window.
Take off the bolts at the bottom of the wiper arms and you may have to wiggle the arms back and forth to work the wiper arms off.
