Remove and plug brake lines Remove electrical connections Remove mounting bolts Pull master cylinder off activating rod BENCH BLEED NEW MATER CYLINDER Re-install in reverse order

If you get a Hayes 1974-1993 Dodge Ram series manual, they have them in the back few pages in the electrical system section. They are a little hard to use because they are from the factory, but they help. Mine came in handy when trying to fipure out the fusible links in the blinker system on my 86 D150. Good luck

Check your resistor Ok, its probably not the resistor. These trucks have dual ignition pick-ups in the distributor. the pick-up for the engine to run is most likely burned out, and needs to be replaced. Its a good idea to replace both or just buy a rebuilt distributor. Be sure to check the shaft for excessive play in the shaft, some rebuilders just replace the electronics.
