one way is to "tweeze" out the key end with very thin tweezers and use a very small amount of super~glue on the tips that will be touching the key end sides stuck in the ignition. give the glue a chance to freeze then "gingerly" ease out the key end from the ignition slot.
if you can't find tweezers then you may be able take a very thin straight edge screwdriver with again using super~glue (sparingly) with a steady hand you will glue the screwdriver to the broken key and try to pull it out of the ignition once the glue has set up.
(try not to get super~glue on anything else but the screwdriver& the key)

To remove the 2002 Hyundai accent rear seats find the tabs that cover the bolts and unbolt them. After the bolts are out lift the seat to remove it from the car.

A door panel on a 2005 Hyundai Accent is mounted with screws and clips. Loosen all the mounting screws. Pull the panel outward and pop out the clips. Remove the door panel.

Take to the Mechanic .... LOL
Remove the 2 screws and take off the plastic piece.
