First, pop out the defroster cover on the top of the dash (held in by spring clips). Look for three bolts inside this cover. Unscrew these
On each side of the dash, you will see an oval cover. Pry these off, and remove the two bolts on each side.
I'm guessing you may be trying to replace the heater core (these plug up all the time on these cars). If so, you should be able to pull the dash away from the firewall enough to get the core out.
If not, you'll need to drop the steering column. Remove the screws that hold the shroud on the bottom of the column, and remove the shroud. Next take the two bolts out that hold the column up, and it will drop.
This should make the dash fairly loose, and give you plenty of room to work.
If you're pulling the dash completely out, at this point, it's basically time to start disconnecting wiring and looking for stray braces and connections that may keep it from coming loose.
