You will need to remove the fuse identified as "passenger airbag". the fuse box is located on the driver's side kick panel.
you need to pull the plastic off on the inside of the car to access it.
its in the panel on the left of the back seat behind the drivers side.

A door panel on a 2005 Hyundai Accent is mounted with screws and clips. Loosen all the mounting screws. Pull the panel outward and pop out the clips. Remove the door panel.
if you are referring to the stock amp, then you will find it behind the rear seat panel on the drivers side right next to the speaker.
A door panel on a Hyundai is secured with several screws. Loosen and remove and the screws then proceed to gently pull the panel outward. There are several clips for extra support. Pull the panel outward and the clips will come off as well.
try around left kick panel if not there mabye on passenger side
remove the dash board panel around it and take it out
Using a screwdriver, remove the screws from the panel, remove the clips from the panel, and pull the panel away gently. Remove any wiring connectors, and remove the panel from the frame.
There are several philips-head screws to remove around the bottom and back, then it is mostly a matter of pulling firmly without breaking the (plastic) panel.
