Well, in my experience, it's very difficult as there is so little room. there are 2 wire clips to release, but then these get in to road when trying to raise the radiator. to make more room it seems necessary to dis-assemble the front lights and loosen the bracing that holds the A/C fans. even then, we had to pull of the front bodywork to get it out. getting the repalacement into position is just as difficult. for an experienced mechanic, it takes about 4 houre all up = $280 + cost of replacement. By the way, we have had the car 15 years, in Adelaide, where Holden/Ford radiators & water pumps are lucky to last 5 years, no kidding, so I suppopose we can't complain.
Peugeot quoted $1050:00 ; local radiator place quoted $480:00; I managed to find one at the wreckers for $150:00..........it was a mongrel to fit however!!!
To replace glow plugs on a Peugeot 405 turbo diesel, remove the connecting wire. Take off the 8 mm nut, followed by the 10 mm deep socket. Remove the old plugs and replace with new.

Yes. Most peugeot parts are interchangeable.
You need to pick the whole back end up and remove the wheels then using a torx bit remove the hidden bolt. It's a pain but not hard to do. Good luck! Baz 405 owner.
Under the hood, to the right in front of the battery. There's a little black box near three relays. The fuses are inside the black box.
