Remove road wheel. Using a large screwdriver or similar push handbrake lever behind rear brake shoe web. Remove hub cap and hub nut. Drum should now come off fairly readily. Tapping around circumference with a hammer may be necessary. In worst case use a hub puller but then you will need to replace brake shoe hold-down clips and possibly brake shoes as these will be damaged.

If you're trying to remove the brake drum, be sure to NOT have the emergancy brake on. Remove the wheel and tap the drum with a rubber mallet until it releases, That's it!
Better hope it is not a drum brake- it was originally equipped with a disc brake caliper.

YOU would actually have to remove the brake drum and measure them ,the width of the shoe then measure across the diameter of the drum .
