The question is quite vague in that "removing a tire" is interchangeable with "removing a wheel" in modern speech.

Removing a tire from a wheel is best done in a tire shop. However, removing and replacing the wheel is best done by following a Haynes (or similar) manual because they are all different.

I have 4 motorcycles (two by the same manufacturer but different models) and have been servicing bikes for 40+ years. I never move without a Haynes/Clymer and I always have my tires done and wheels balanced in the local shop. When there is a mere 2-3 inches of rubber between me and the road, I think it's important to get it true and straight.

There are at least 7 different model Suzy one-tens out there, some with laced wheels and some on cast aluminum. Laced wheels can be attacked at home with tire levers, but that approach is certainly not recommended for cast alu rims as the slightest damage will render them dangerous/useless.

Important safety points to consider

Your life depends on the wheels staying on and running true with brakes and bearings that are not likely to fail. When the tire is changed, make sure that the tread pattern/rotation markers are facing the right way. Refitting the wheels must be done in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions, paying particular attention to torque settings on axle and caliper bolts, and the correct adjustment of brakes and the fitment of ancillary items.
