To replace a wiper arm, look near the bottom of the arm for a hole. If you pull the springloaded arm towards you, you can slide a paneling nail or other small item into that hole. The arm will stay put, pulled away from the windshield. Just 'wiggle' the arm off. Remember to put it back on the right way though, because they are made to be placed on in different positions. If you put it too far to the right, it will go over the edge an equal amount when turned on. - JJohnson
