To remove the AC condenser on a 1994 Oldsmobile Achieva, begin by safely disconnecting the battery and recovering the refrigerant from the AC system using a proper recovery machine. Next, remove the front grille and any components obstructing access to the condenser, such as the radiator and fans. Disconnect the refrigerant lines from the condenser, taking care to plug them to prevent contamination, and then unbolt the condenser from its mounting brackets. Finally, carefully pull the condenser out of the vehicle, ensuring no damage to surrounding components.

I think you will find that it is a fuseable link, located in the engine compartment fuse box

On mine push the bottom knob in for AM/FM. Twist to change station push in to change band
I have a 94 Achieva that did the same thing. It was a bad light switch. Replaced the light switch and have had no problems since'
i think it would fit but the '94 is updated with electronics so the '91 would physically fit but would not operate properly.
