You have to remove the CD changer in the trunk and under that is the amp and bracket, it's best to remove the amp with the bracket attached and naturally you have to disconnect the electrical plugs.

The amp is under the CD player in the truck. About 4 screws to remove the Cd magazine, then the amp is under the frame. Not hard to do.. but hard to find a replacement.

The amp is located under your center console, remove the cupholder, simply pull it up and out. You will see it positioned underneath the storage compartment. You will have to remove the console completely to access it though.
