use a sterring wheel puller and pull the wheel, pull the turn signal cam, and the round metal ring under it (uses a snap ring retainer on the center shaft). behind this should be either a screw or a whole in line (linearly) with the ingnition cylinder. remove the screw or stick a small screwdriver in the hole to release the cylinder and pull it out. reverse and put it back together.
