Remove Glove Box & Access Panel. Disconnect Blower Motor Electrical Plug & Aspirator Hose. Remove screws & Motor. Install in reverse order.....

could be the blower motor, a fuse, or a bad wire.
it's behind the glove box in a slot by the blower motor. Not the easiest to get to.
You'll need to remove the driveshafts in order to do this, which is about a five to ten minute operation.
