any of you honda atvs or utvs that have a rubber boot on the drive shaft can get water in the engine oil through the smallest of cracks, tears, or holes in the boot. Especially if youre doing extensive travel in mud and water. If you have water in your oil thats where i'd look first( inspect the drive shaft boot)
Start by pulling back the trim that holds the rubber boot for the mirrors to the bike. Under the boot you will find a screw that holds the front windshield trim, remove the screw, remove the trim and you will be able to see the mounting screws for the shield.
Jack the car up, remove the nuts on the tires with a lug wrench. Then remove the tire. Remove the break caliper and rotor. Use a pry bar on the upper arm of the axle & the spindle, doing this to remove the ball joint from the vehicle. Remove the old boot with a pair of wire snips to remove the clamps and replace with the new.

Disconnect the battery, remove the intake manifold, remove the spark plug boot covers and cables, and remove the old spark plugs. Put in the new spark plugs, attach the spark plug boot covers and cables, replace the intake manifold and connect the battery.

remove the console, you should see some screws on the bottom of the boot, remove, replace boot, replace console
