Open the passenger door and pull the cup holder cover and its behind that.
You can do one or two things; take your van to the mechanic or do it yourself. If you choose to do it by yourself the fuel filter is located in the engine.

To jump start a Vauxhall Vivaro van, start by removing the battery cover. Taking your cables, connect one end of the lead to the positive terminal on the discharged battery, then connect the other end of this lead to the positive terminal on the battery you are jumping from. Take the other lead and connect it to the negative terminal on the discharged battery. Next, use the end of this lead to connect somewhere to ground the current; for example, the engine block or screw connection in the engine suspension on the vehicle providing the jump. When finished, remove the leads in the exact opposite direction you applied them.
This a a larger car that tends to be used to carry things from one place to another and without this many people would not be able to take all their junk when they move.
