Pretty easy. There is a domed cap near the base. Pop this cap off. Under the cap is a now exposed not. Remove it. Pull the arm off and replace it. Should the arm not come off easy; take a thick towel and place it under the connection between arm and base. you a screw-driver with the towel to lever the arm off. be sure not to apply too much force or you may need to double up on the towel. Avoid denting the grill.
