The unit is held in place by two spring clips, one on each side. You need a tool consisting of two thin flat metal strips, that you slide in between the stereo and its housing. One strip goes in on the left and the other on the right. Push the strips in to release the spring clips. Then you can slide the unit out towards you.
There are no factory grease able parts on a 2006 Town and Country.
There are no factory installed grease fittings on a 2014 Chrysler Town and Country.
There is no quick release on these. Remove the front brackets and slide the cross bars off forward then reinstall the brackets ... be certain the toeque the fastners down.
The factory amp is actually located on each speaker like a crossover.
The factory system can not be bypassed.

If it's for the front evaporator the box is underneath the dash board. You have to completely remove the dashboard in order to remove the evaporator case on a 1996 Town & Country.
Very simple. I'm assuming it's the factory single disc changer. First, remove the plastic cover that surrounds the AC vents. There may be some screws at the bottom. There also will probably be a small plastic piece under the stereo that will need to be removed (screws on bottom). After that, the bolts that secure the CD player will be exposed. Remove the bolts and pull out the CD player. Be careful because the wires are not that long. Undo all the electrical connections, and you're done.
