It should be on the right rear axle tube on the front side of the axle tube.

the right side axle has 3 screws in it you have to get under car to see them remove those 3 screws after you remove everything else then you have to take something to separate it from the mounting housing.
On the right side of the frame, above the front axle.
-remove right side tire and jack the front of the car up and put on stands. -remove axle nut (the big nut in the center of the brake rotor) -remove 2 bolts located under the knuckle -remove the sway bar link kit -push the the knuckle assembly off the lower control arm -wiggle off ( or tap on shaft ) while trying to slide cv axle out of the tranny.
Jack up the rear of the quad (put a milk crate under it). Remove both wheels. Remove the chain. Apply the rear brake and loosen the nuts on the axle (right side). Remove the brake caliper & bracket. Remove the circlip, nuts and rotor. Slide the axle through the bearing carrier, from right to left (towards the chain and sprocket side
Hey the actuator is on the top side of the front right axle.
You will probably have to remove the axle assembly and replace the retaining ring on the end of the axle that slips into the diff. More than likely the ring got bent or out of place and it is not allowing you to snap the axle back in.
