cut a hole in the door panel mainly the problem happens in the winter, the lock on my was stuck but after a few weeks of driving it my girlfriend pulled up on the lock and it opened its was getting warmer outside then though

Are you asking about the trim panel above the glove box or the trim panel in front of the radio or the trim panel around the instrument cluster? Ask again telling us which panel you wish to remove.
Using a screw driver remove the screws from the door panel, remove the clips, and pull the panel away from the frame slowly. Remove any wiring connectors, and remove the panel the rest of the way.
The 1989 Toyota Camry water pump is located on the front of the engine. You can follow the top radiator hose directly to the water pump.

The front panel just pop's off "BUT" You have to remove the cig lighter first! remove lower panel under steering wheel to gain access to the back side of the cig lighter, Then hold back side while putting your thumb in front side then use thumb to unscrew. then panel will come off very easily.
