According to the manual,you have to remove the front bumper
To remove the front bumper remove the following: 12 plastic clips, 6 accessuble on the top, 6 accessible on the bottom 6 screws on the bottom. Bumper hangs on a series of hooks (6) just beneath the headlights.
well i had to pull my front bumper off to put the headlights on. I have a 1997 prelude so i don't know what year you have but i would guess the front bumper will have to come off.
Remove the front grill to access the headlights.
You will need to remove the front bumper to access the lower bolts which hold the headlights on. fairly simple job.
unscrew the front bumber section covering bottom of headlights, unscrew actual headlights and remove wires, remove headlights, check all the rights bulbs are in right position, attach wires to the new headlights then screw them on, wack the bumber back on, then ur done m8, that simple.
From underneath its in front of the left hand side front wheel. From top its below the battery . remove the shroud around battery/ airvent and look down.
flip up the front headlights and remove them you should be able to reach in and replace the bulb
The transmission control module is located on the front section of the fender under the headlamp assembly. You will have to remove the passenger side wheel to get to it.
First remove the front clip (headlights and grille and plastic covering the bumper.) The rest will be obvious.
you dont have to remove the grill to remove the headlights. there is a 5mm bolt that goes down into the headlight. so get a wratchet and losen those until they pull striaght up and remove the headlight.
You have to remove the long plastic covering from the front just under the front part of the hood. There are 2 13mm white bolts you remove and then the whole assembley comes out and up. Replace bulb and repeat in reverse
