They need to be pressed in. You will have to remove the hub assembly and have a shop press the bearings into the hub.
no
I have a 97 T100 4wd. If it is a 2wd the front hub should be just like any other hub-remove the axle nut. The rear shaft and hub has a retainer on the axle on both 2wd and 4wd. On the front of the 4wd there is a cap screw in the end of the drive shaft and the hub is splined on the shaft-unscrew the bold and the hub should come off.
Remove the tire and wheel. Remove the brake assembly and rotor. Remove the axle end cap. The rear hub assembly will come off.
I believe this are done with a press. You have have to remove the wheel hub and take it to a machine shop to have the old one pressed out and the new one pressed in.
I believe it is 34 or 36 mm.
To change the transmission modulator valve in a 97 Pontiac Bonneville you will first need to lift the vehicle off the ground. Then, remove the vacuum hose and the defective valve. You can then replace with new, and replace the hose.

i am pretty sure the front bearings are part of the entire hub assembly. replacing the bearings requires replacing the enitre front hub. at least that's how it was on my 97 dualie.
On my 99 SSEi, it was located on the passenger side just in front of the rear wheel.
I recently replaced both rotors on my 97. You have to separate the rotor from the hub. They are actually 2 separate pieces.
