Soak them in acetone nail-polish remover! It works for many but fails for some!
NEW ANSWER:
Actually most gels will not soak off in acetone as they are Non-Porous. They need to be buffed off. I recommend seeking a professional. Whatever you do, do not let anybody pry or force them off your nails. This can cause severe damage to the natural nail plate.

The best way is to get them off at a nail salon, but if you do it at home, soak your nails for a few minutes then you can crack the gel and peel them off. It's not very easy though and they usually come off in little pieces.
