You will need to remove the glove box assembly. There is a door behind the glove box where the filters are located.

Remove tyhe dash undershield from under tyhe glove box assembly, you may need to remove the glove box assembly for access.

Open the glove box. Remove all contents from glove box. Now, slightly close it, and with your right hand, pull the right side hinge side away from the dash. The glove box should flop completely open now, exposing the cab filter cover. Remove and replace. Simply closing the glove box will reset the hinge.
