Wow! This is not easy... I pulled my trusty repair manual off the shelf and thought, okay, a few steps to remove it from the dash, but noooo...
Here are the steps...

2 torx screws and the 2 wiring connections (see "Related Questions")

Lift hood and you will see 3 vertical screws holding headlight assy. in place.
Not they are sealed.
you have to pop the hood, DON'T take off the plastic! remove the light from the back
open your hood. remove the ligh bracket, trist left. pull out replace repeat.

They unscrew from the back of the light assy. You may have to remove the light to get ot it.
You can remove the headlight by removing the retaining screws. Remove the headlight wiring. The headlight should easily come out.
Open the bonnet. Remove the grill. Remove the screws holding the headlight in. Carefully pull the headlight out. Remove the cap on the rear of the headlight.

The headlight assembly can be changed, but not just the actual clear lens on the front. See "Related Questions" below for how to remove the headlight assembly, and also how to clean them

Remove the wiring harness from the back of the headlight. Remove the headlight assembly bolts. The headlight assembly will come out.
