You should take the man to a dermatologist. They have many ways of removing holes from skin -- for example, chemical skin peeling can remove a thin layer of epidermis, which can remove very shallow holes; plastic surgery might work for larger ones. Possibly silicone or even fat injections -- but you should be asking a skin doctor, a dermatologist this question, in person, so they can have a good look before giving you an answer.

It takes a very small Allen wrench in the holes located on the face of the radio (one on right and left). Loosen them and the metal retaining clips will be disengaged and you can then remove it.

There is a special tool just for Ford Factory Stereo removal. It is a little "U" shaped device that goes into the holes in the face of the unit. It actually takes two of the tools, (You will see 4 holes on the face plate). Go to any after market car stereo website and you can see what I'm talking about. (crutchfield.com is a good one) Hope this helps.
