Could be to switch the fuel pump on/off when ignition is turned on or maybe for the starter motor?
It's not that hard to do....Remove the seat and disconnect the neg side of the battery. Put a towel down where the seat used to be. Then on the console, remove the ugly screw and washer and the little nut below the speedometer. Once those are off, the whole console will lift up and lay it backwards on the towel. Now you will see the backside of the ignition switch. Unplug the 3 prong connector, and remove the 4 screws that hold the switch in. There you go......replace and reverse the order to put it back. I cleaned mine up in there after 11 years of road grime build up.
Loose or corroded battery cable? Bad starter solenoid? Ignition switch?

A king size quilt cover would be better than a queen size quilt cover if you have a king size bed. The queen size quilt cover would be too small. If you have a queen size bed, a king size quilt cover may still be better as it will hang over the sides a bit and, therefore, be less likely to come off during the night.
