To remove the carburetor from a 1997 Suzuki King Quad, first, ensure the engine is cool and disconnect the battery. Next, remove the air filter cover and intake boot to access the carburetor. Remove the plastic bezel/shield around the headlights ,its under the shield behind the headlights. anyhow i have a 1996 and that's where mine is.

Clean the carb out and put a new inline fuel filter on it and don't ride it until its fixed or you will blow it up
2010 carb will hit 54 - 55 mph. New 2011 EFI will hit 59 - 61 mph.

I might be wrong but on a Suzuki king quad the tire pressure should be 36 psi!
two are air vents one is vacuum air vents connect to brass fittings on inlet side of carb vacuum connects to plastic fitting on next to choke port
