To remove the front drive shaft on a Suzuki King Quad, first ensure the ATV is on a stable surface and secure it with jack stands. Disconnect the battery to prevent any electrical issues. Then, remove the bolts securing the front drive shaft to the front differential and the rear end, and carefully slide the shaft out. Make sure to check for any wear or damage on the components before reassembly.

I found it under the front shroud that houses the front lights. I also discovered it is NOT a King Quad... it's the predecessor... the Quadrunner 4x4.
The oil filter on a Suzuki 300 King Quad is typically located on the right side of the engine, near the front. It is usually positioned below the cylinder head, making it accessible for maintenance. To change it, you may need to remove some components for better access, so consult the owner's manual for specific instructions and diagrams.
The load on the king pin on a semi trailer can be calculated by weighing the vehicle. When weighing the vehicle on a certified scale, the steers (front tires), drives (the two axles on the semi cab) and the tandems (the two axles on the trailer) are all weighed separately as a part of the whole weight. The king pin weight is the weight of the drives.
On a Suzuki King Quad 300, you can find the oil filter behind the back right tire. It is located toward the front part of the rear tire behind a small cover that has three nuts.

The spark plug on a Suzuki King Quad 700 ATV is located on the engine's cylinder head. To access it, you typically need to remove the plastic cover on the left side of the ATV. Once the cover is removed, you'll see the spark plug wire leading to the spark plug, which is situated near the front of the engine. Make sure to use the appropriate tools to safely remove and replace the spark plug.

To remove the carburetor from a 1997 Suzuki King Quad, first, ensure the engine is cool and disconnect the battery. Next, remove the air filter cover and intake boot to access the carburetor. Disconnect the fuel line, throttle cable, and any other hoses or wiring connected to the carb. Finally, unbolt the carburetor from the intake manifold and carefully lift it out.
To add front differential fluid to a Suzuki King Quad 300, locate the front differential housing, which is typically situated near the front axle. Remove the fill plug, usually found on the top or side of the differential case. Use a funnel to pour the appropriate type of differential fluid into the housing until it reaches the fill level, then securely replace the fill plug. Always refer to the owner's manual for specific fluid specifications and maintenance recommendations.
