The complete instructions are in Haynes manual #38025 (1420). You actually have to remove the steering wheel first. Amazon should have this cheap.

First you have to remove the steering wheel, that's why I would leave it to a pro. There's a Haynes manual (#38025 (1420) that has the complete instructions for removing the steering wheel and ignition switch. Try Amazon or Ebay to find one. They're dirt cheap now.

It could be a problem with the ABS system, but if it just comes on by itself for no apparent reason, it may be the ignition switch.
remove the steering wheel with special tools and then the turn signal arm and switch assembly plate to expose the ignition switch lock bolt use some fingernail polish to mark the positions of anything you remove.
Remove the steering wheel and lock plate then the turn signal switch and key reminder contacts, then a screw that runs right against the lock cylinder and pull it out. You need a puller for the steeering wheel and a spring compressor fot the lock plate available to rent at most parts stores,
