The panel is held in place by 4 screws - two behind the door release handle (remove the small trim piece behind the handle that hides the screws), one underneath the upper pocket, and one hidden under the window control panel. To remove the window control panel CAREFULLY use a screw driver to pry up the bottom from the notch located at the bottom of the grab handle. I'd suggest putting masking tape over any area that might get scratched. Once the control panel pops loose, carefully undo the plugs and look for the hidden 4th screw - near the grab handle area. Once all screws are removed the door panel can be popped loose, starting at the bottom and working up. You'll also need to remove the trim piece above the door panel that goes over the mirror mounting bolts. It just pops loose by pulling with your hands, no tools needed. The door latch release cable doesn't have much slack but is easily removed from the handle assembly. It clips in to the handle assembly in 3 places - just take a look at it and it'll make sense... There is one additional small wire harness that goes to the door light - remove it and the door panel is off!

Very simple just remove the plastic cover on the inside of the mirro then remove the 3 ten mm nuts and unplug the connector pull out the mirror and your done
