If you are looking for "Main Relay", it is under steering and behind cruise control unit. You will need to remove cruise control unit before you can see it. The main relay on a '91 Accord is under the dashboard on the driver's left side of the interior (near the hood release lever). I first had to remove a large rectangular electrical device (no idea what it is) that had a harness plug-in in order to see the relay. Then the relay was visible higher up against the left wall. Use a socket to remove the securing nut, then the relay can be manipulated to more easily remove its harness plug.
Mazda main fuse is bolted in with two M10 bolts. I know because I destroyed mine while trying to remove it. You will need a good socket set with a universal joint to remove it.
The relay is located under the hood next to the main relay/fuse box on the right side of the engine compartment. The turn signal relay is in it's own compartment directly to the left of the main box. A replacement relay is a dealer only item at the time of this post, June 2009. It is a 6-prong relay.
