You Dont Remove It As It Is Part Of The Key Lock Assembly Only Option Is Too Replace It. Look Back At How to replace Key lock On 93 Town Car . I Explained There On How To Change Lock Assembly.......:) If You Cant Find that Leave Me a Message And I will Explain It Again ...Good Luck:)
With the key in the ignition turn it to on. Under the steering column looking up at the cover is a hole. I suggest you get under there and see the hole so you can line up the end of the Allen wrench to push it in. Use a small diameter screw or the Allen wrench end and push in on the hole. Then the entire lock cylinder core and ring will come out.
