As long as it hasn't already gone through the wash, pretreat the stain with oxyclean or a stain lifting stick, and add Coca-Cola along with detergent to the wash. Use hot water in the wash. If it doesn't come off, time to get a new uniform.

It is designed NOT to come off. There is practically no way without removing color from the fabric.
