On the drum there are 2 screws in the front of the drum. These are in addition to the 4 lugs. Take the 2 screws out. You may need an impact tool. Then, put two 13 mm bolts in the holes and tighten them down as you tap the drum with a hammer. The drums will come off slowly. Fasten down, then tap as you go.
There are two Phillips screws on the drum, remove those screws and put them in the other screw holes. Tighten them, they press against a solid plate forcing the drum off

You need to remove the two Phillips head screws holding brake drum assembly on. Then thread an 8mm bolt through threaded hole on face of drum. This will push drum assmembly off of hub.
