You have to first remove the wheel. Then take the two bolts off of the back of the caliper.Next take a long pry bar and compress the caliper so that you can slide it off of the rotor.
I also included a link to a YouTube video that will show you the whole procedure.
Remove the wheel and tire assembly and the brake caliper then the brake rotor will slide right off.
Remove the front wheel then remove the 2 caliper bracket bolts behind the rotor and the rotor should slide off.
They come off much like the front. With the wheel off, remove the caliper and the rotor just pulls off. The parking brake is in the center of the hub, there fore you do not need to take anything else off.
Remove wheel Remove caliper mounting bolts Slide caliper off rotor Rotor should slide off hub
You remove the tire and wheel, then the brake caliper, followed by the caliper holding frame. Now the rotor will be free.
Take the brake caliper off and it should slide right off or i might have two screws in the rotor in the center of it
In most Fords the rotor will come off when you unbolt the brake caliper.
Should be "peel off" type Remove wheels Remove caliper mouting bolts Slide caliper off rotor Rotor should slide off hub
Remove wheel Re-install 2 lug nuts to hold rotor in place Disconnect flexible brake line Remove caliper mounting bolts Slide caliper off rotor
Remove caliper,rotor comes right out
Take off brake caliper and then hit the rotor with a hammer near the wheel bearing to break the seal between the rotor and axle shaft
