Spray the lug studs with WD40,Liquid Wrench or even brake cleaner.From the back loosen the brakes turn the star (the brake adjuster) inside the drum until it becomes tight( count the turns) then turn the adjuster the other way twice what you did earlier.Now take a hammer and hit the drum lightly until the drum releases.Tap in and then out.This procedure may require repeating,be patient.
